We ship verified A Bathing Ape T‑shirts from our US and EU partner facilities using tracked services. Processing typically takes 0–2 business days, after which you’ll receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.
Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (varies by destination)
Ship-from locations: United States and European Union hubs
Business days: Monday–Friday (carrier holidays excluded)
Order cutoff: 2:00 PM local warehouse time for same-day handoff attempts

Processing time: 0–2 business days for in-stock items; pre-release or limited items may need 2–4 business days.
Weekend/holiday orders: Process the next business day.
Address changes: Contact us before shipment—changes are not guaranteed once a label is created.
Split shipments: Your order may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost.
Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.
Didn’t receive tracking? Check spam or contact support and we’ll resend it.
SMS updates: Opt in at checkout to receive delivery texts.
Delivery window: Carriers provide estimated arrival dates that may adjust en route.
International & customs
Duties & taxes: Unless stated as prepaid (DDP) at checkout, international orders are shipped DDU—local duties/taxes are collected by customs or the carrier on delivery.
DDP availability: We offer prepaid duties to select countries; eligibility appears at checkout.
Customs delays: Clearance times vary by country and are outside our control.
Refusal/return: If an international shipment is refused or unclaimed, shipping fees and customs charges may be nonrefundable; a return fee could apply. See our Refund & Returns policy.

PO boxes, APO/FPO, and apartments
PO Boxes: We ship via USPS or applicable national post services; express options may be limited.
APO/FPO/DPO: Supported via USPS; delivery times vary by location and military routing.
Apartments: Include building name, unit number, gate codes, and any access info to avoid delivery issues.
Insurance & signature
Signature: Orders over $400 may require a signature at delivery for security.
Insurance: Carrier liability is included; additional coverage may be offered at checkout for high-value items.
Alternate pickup: Some carriers allow pickup at access points—refer to your tracking link for options.
Delivery issues
Marked delivered, not received: Check with neighbors/building staff and wait 24 hours. If still missing, contact the carrier, then reach out to us.
Damaged in transit: Photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost in transit: If a package shows no movement for 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), we’ll assist with a trace or resolution.
Return-to-sender: Due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts—shipping fees may be nonrefundable; reship costs may apply.

When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders ship within 0–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as the label is created and the carrier scans the parcel.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—standard US shipping is free on orders over $100 before tax and after discounts. Thresholds for other regions may appear at checkout during promos.
Can I change my shipping address after purchase?
Contact us immediately. We’ll do our best, but once a label is printed or a package is in transit, changes are not guaranteed and carrier reroute fees may apply.
Will I pay customs on international orders?
In many countries, duties/taxes are due on delivery unless you select a duties-paid option at checkout. Availability depends on destination.
Do you ship from the UK/EU?
We fulfill from US and EU partner facilities. Your order may ship from the location with the fastest available delivery based on stock.
